Let’s start with something simple and self explanatory,

The girl in the pictureΒ used Lovin’ My Textures moisture butter to do her styling.

Step 1: Take small sections at a time and do a two strand twist then roll it upwards onto a flexirod.

Step 2: After letting it dry completely, unravel the flexirods.

Step 3: Split each two strand twist into 2-4 sections for volume.

Step 4: Fluff curls using a detangling brush.

For adding shine, the girl in the picture used 2 Curls 1 Mission Jojoba Rosemary Mint Oil.

Style4

The girl in the picture used Jojoba Oil, Mizani Moisture Stretch, Agadir Curl Cream, a wide tooth comb for detangling and a tapered comb to assist with coiling.

Step 1: Apply all the products to your hair, comb/brush through your hair to evenly distribute the products.

Step 2: Take a generous amount of hair and use the tapered comb to begin coiling. Midway down the coil, use your fingers to twist the rest of the way. The plastic cap (in the picture) is used to keep the hair from drying during the coiling process.

Step 3: Once coiling is complete, allow your hair to dry, best if overnight.

Step 4: After completely dry, use Agadir Argan Oil to separate the coils until desired fullness is reached.

This style can also be done on longer hair, where the tapered comb shouldn’t be necessary.

In order to achieve this look, the girl in picture did the following:

Cleansed hair with Hydra-therma Soothing Shampoo Bar and Hydra-therma Deep Treatment. Then sectioned the hair, applied Hydra-therma Balance Leave-in Conditioner and Hydra-therma Curl Enhancing Cream. Flat-twisted sections and coiled the ends of the hair around peach rods and allow to dry. Once completely dry, separate and fluff!
